What will you be engaged in?

As our new Business Development Senior Associate, you will get the opportunity to do hands-on projects and make an impactful contribution to the car-sharing ecosystem in Indonesia!

Roles:

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business strategy.

  • Develop pitch materials, proposals, and business cases.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, finance, etc.) to support execution of strategic initiatives.

  • Track and report on key performance metrics and business development progress.

  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or related roles.

  • Proven track record in identifying leads, closing deals, and managing partnerships.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools is preferred
