Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Experts expand their reach through collaborations.

1. Responsible for identifying, selecting, and negotiating partnerships with TikTok influencers in the Indonesian market. Establish and maintain a network of influencer relationships, facilitating content collaborations and brand promotions.

2. Implement the strategy for collaborations with influencers, from selecting influencers, building connections, tracking sample logistics, producing content, and monitoring results, with increasing GMV as the core objective to optimize collaboration efficiency.

3. Monitor the production of influencer short video content, ensuring that the quality aligns with the brand’s tone and promotional needs. Record sales data for products and analyze the conversion rates.

2. Content operation and data analysis.

1. Analyze user behavior and trending topics on the TikTok platform, and use this information to develop creative content strategies that align with brand needs, thereby increasing account traffic, follower growth, and engagement rates.

2. Communicate with the pitcher regarding promotional data (view counts, conversion rates, ROI, etc.), regularly produce data reports and insights, and optimize the strategy for collaborating with influencers and the direction of content.
