Business Legal Specialist

Objective: Providing consultation, assistance, and legal protection services for the institutions business unit activities in accordance with Good Corporate Governance

Job Descriptions:

1. Analyze and formulate proposed business strategies, work plans, and budgets, as well as implement relevant policies.

2. Prepare legal reviews and/or legal opinions for Management and other Work Units as a measure to mitigate legal risks across all institutional business activities.

3. Provide legal assistance and business law consultations to Management and other Work Units exposed to potential legal risks.

4. Conduct internal dissemination and education on business law within the institution.

5. Draft cooperation agreements, memorandums of understanding (MoUs), and/or addendums between the institution and third parties related to business processes, based on the requests and needs of business units, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Achieve individual performance targets.

7. Ensure the fulfillment of audit follow-up actions.

8. Carry out other duties and responsibilities as instructed and required by the institution

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum graduate from any reputable university. Post-graduation will be and added advantage.

2. Minimum 4 years of work experience in the legal field.

3. Have good Knowledge and understanding of: LPEI Products & Operation, Regulation and Law and Investigation.

4. Professional Qualification in risk management.
