Role Description We are seeking a Business Solution Intern to join our on-site team in Eastern Bandung (Work From Office). In this role, you will assist in identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and supporting the implementation of effective solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, both technical and non-technical, to improve workflows and system usage. This internship offers hands-on experience with data analysis, ERP/CRM platforms (such as Odoo or SAP), and Agile project environments. It is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about business processes, technology, and continuous improvement.

Skill and Qualification:

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

• Capable of creating clear, informative reports and presentations.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Able to identify business needs and translate them into effective, practical solutions.

• Demonstrates strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Proficient in data processing and analysis.

• Understanding of ERP/CRM concepts and their implementation (e.g., Odoo, SAP).

• Familiar with product development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.

• Comfortable working with flowcharts and process diagrams.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)."
