Caddy Trainer

Riverside Golf Club is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Trainer for Caddy to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of our caddies, ensuring they provide exceptional service to our guests on the golf course. You will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our golfing experience.

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for caddies, focusing on service excellence, golf etiquette, and player safety.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to update caddies on best practices and techniques.
• Evaluate caddy performance through observation, feedback, and assessments.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to caddies, fostering their professional development.
• Collaborate with golf operations management to ensure alignment on service standards and guest expectations.
• Maintain training records and documentation to track caddy progress and development goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and training methodologies to continuously improve training programs.

Requirements

• Experience as a Caddy trainer, preferably in a golf club
• Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring others is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of golf, including rules, etiquette, and course management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire caddies to deliver outstanding service.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple training sessions and schedules.
• Passion for the game of golf and commitment to enhancing the golfing experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
