Whats The Gig?

• Assist in onboarding and partnering with our clients to ensure that theyre up and running with their services of choice and set up for success.
• Coordinate with clients to gather the requirements for their marketing campaigns release (including but not limited to EDM, Push Notifications, SMS etc.), build, review and schedule.
• Support the team in maintaining relationships with key point of contacts within the assigned accounts B2B clients/portfolios.
• Maintaining a consistent response and communication and ensuring clients expectations are well managed.
• Liaise with the Solutions Engineer team for troubleshooting and problem resolutions, including escalations, documentations, post-mortem process.

What Were Looking For

• Available for a full-time internship (6 months, paid internship)
• Preferably a fresh graduate or final year student pursuing a Bachelor or higher Degree in Marketing, business, management in a recognized institution of higher learning, with good academic achievements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain ideas.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Curious mindset with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Quick and adaptable learner in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Google or Facebook Ads is a bonus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Email tools, CRM, CDP, Google Analytics) is a plus.
