Capacity Network Design Engineer / Lead / Network Specialist (L3/L4)

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for creating network designs, arranging allocations and managing databases for active network devices and determining the types and standards of network requirements according to the RFP to be implemented.

2. Collaborating to create network and device capacity planning according to the companys business plan.

3. Responsible for creating reports and analyzing the performance and capacity of the DWDM & IP backbone network.

4. Responsible for optimizing networks and developing network device technology.

5. Responsible for PoC related to network infrastructure procurement including requesting technical support from vendors or partners.

6. Responsible for providing support if there are technical issues that are escalated and requesting support from vendors or principals if needed in the network device troubleshooting process.

7. Assisting in monitoring and controlling the deployment/implementation process and integration of network systems in the form of change requests according to established standards.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year experience as Network Design / Capacity Management for Engineer (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply); 5 years of experience as Network Design / Capacity Management for Lead.

2. Minimum D3/S1 in Telecommunications/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems from a reputable university.

3. Have knowledge and understanding of networking technologies, including IP/MPLS and Ethernet services.

4. Have experience in provisioning, installing, configuring, and designing switches/routers in a telecommunications or enterprise environment.

5. Understand Metro Ethernet and NAP network architecture.

6. Holding a CCNA, HCNA, MTCNA or equivalent certification is a plus.
