Captain Guest Relation Officer

1. Education & Experience - Minimum diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B diploma preferred. - Minimum 2-3 years experience in hospitality/service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead host role. - Experience in a high-volume bar, lounge, or restaurant environment.

2. Skills & Knowledge - Strong leadership and team coordination skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities (verbal & non-verbal).

3. Personal Qualities - Outgoing, confident, and approachable personality. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. - Calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills.
