Car Washer and Pre-Delivery Inspection

1. Responsible for washing and detailing vehicles to a high standard, including exterior, interior, engine bay, and hidden areas, ensuring the vehicle is impeccably clean before delivery.

2. Performs polishing and buffing of the vehicle body using proper tools and materials to achieve a flawless finish and remove any visual defects.

3. Conducts deep cleaning of the vehicle interior, including seats, carpets, headliner, dashboard, and all passenger compartments, to ensure maximum cleanliness and comfort.

4. Carries out engine bay cleaning with care, ensuring no damage to components while maintaining a clean and presentable engine area.

5. Responsible for executing thorough Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), including visual checks, verification of vehicle completeness (tool kit, service book, user manual, etc.), and ensuring the unit meets delivery standards.

6. Compiles PDI checklists and reports any issues or deficiencies to the relevant technical departments for resolution.

7. Maintains cleanliness and readiness of all tools and equipment used in the car washing and inspection process.

8. Participates in a 7*24 emergency service rotation schedule when required, ensuring fast response and high-quality support.

9. Assists in resolving customer complaints related to cleanliness or vehicle delivery conditions and is accountable for the final result.

10. Implements and maintains 7S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety, Spirit) in the designated work area.

11. Complies with all company safety regulations and policies and completes any other tasks assigned by the supervisor, including ad hoc duties.

• SMU or Diploma.

• Specialization in Automotive Car Washer and PDI, Automotive Polishing, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in automotive repair.

• Proficient in relevant professional knowledge, including automotive repair diagnostics, quality control, and service etiquette.

• Holds a valid drivers license and is skilled in driving.

• Proficient in computer operation.
