Cargo Customer Services Officer

Job Specifications:

  1. Handle daily export shipment inquiries from customers promptly.

  2. Manage export-related cost claim adjustments.

  3. Monitor export irregularities for SQ and TR at checkpoints.

  4. Assist with booking reservations for various shipment rate classes.

  5. Handle shipment tracking submissions, order management, stock control, and daily operational duties as needed.

  6. Support the implementation of e-AWB initiatives.

  7. Verify and process invoices accurately.

  8. Assist with office administration and operations tasks.

  9. Coordinate IT and licensing requests for staff and non-staff members.

  10. Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned by Cargo Manager Indonesia.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum bachelors degree from reputable university.

  2. Fluent in English.

  3. Experienced in customer-service and general aviation knowledge is preferred.

  4. Must have pleasant, outgoing personality and good communication skills.

  5. Must be well-versed and conversant in customer handling technique, traffic and cargo operations, procedures, general aviation knowledge, possess a safety/security mindset.

  6. Must be proactive and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  7. Must be a team player and willing to go the extra mile to ensure team dynamics and operational excellence.

  8. Must be able to write reports and handle routine correspondence with service partner, airport authorities, and customers.

  9. Must be willing to work in irregular hours if needed including weekend and public holiday.

  10. IT literacy.

  11. Willing to be placed in Wisma Soewarna, Tangerang.
