Cashier & General Affairs Officer (Mandarin Speaker)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Cashier & General Affairs Officer. This role is ideal for someone who is capable of handling daily financial transactions while also managing a wide range of administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities

General Affairs:

  • Handle apartment rentals and maintenance for expatriate employees

  • Manage office purchases and procurement of work-related equipment and supplies

  • Coordinate with agents and related parties for the processing of KITAS and other immigration documents

  • Perform general administrative duties

Cashier Duties:

  • Record and manage daily cash inflow and outflow

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly cash reports

  • Handle petty cash and reimbursement processes

  • Reconcile financial transactions with supporting documents

Requirements
  • Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK); Diploma or Bachelors degree in Administration, Finance, or a related field is a plus

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in General Affairs or Cashier roles

  • Basic understanding of financial recordkeeping and cash flow management

  • Basic Mandarin communication skills (for daily interaction with expatriates)

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once

  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and reliability

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
