- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of all division team members and daily operations of the hub.
- Conduct regular team meetings/gatherings to communicate goals, progress, updates, expectations, and achievements.
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff to enhance their knowledge, skills, and performance.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve all targets, including student number growth, revenue, retention, marketing, service excellence, and overall hub performance.
- Monitor individual and team performance against targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and present an event report/checklist on a regular basis with analysis and hub evaluation to management.
- Ensure all teams adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in delivering service to the customers.
- Manage and resolve any operational issues that may impact customer experience performance.
- A minimum of a bachelors degree in business administration or management.
- English Proficiency Test minimum B2 (CEFR).
- At least two years of experience in branch management, preferably in the hospitality/education industry, as well as team leadership.
- Based in JGC - Cakung Areas for Working From Office arrangement [Willing to relocate]
- Have an excellent understanding of customer experience management, CRM, and data analysis.
- Target-oriented, agile, perseverant, and capable of working under pressure.
