ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting team and oversee daily financial operations.

• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.

• Develop and implement accounting systems, policies, and internal controls.

• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to management.

• Collaborate with other departments to support business growth and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance.

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian taxation.

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.
