Chief Human Resources Officer (Talent Pool)
PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Chief Human Resources Officer (Talent Pool) with the following details:
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
Minimum 15-20 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
Proven track record in strategic HR leadership including talent management, organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
Strong expertise in industrial relations, HR compliance, and change management.
Previous exposure from technology infrastructure, telecommunications, or related industries is highly preferred.
Experience in supporting large-scale transformation, mergers & acquisitions, and workforce integration.
Excellent ability to build relationships and collaborate with senior leadership, board members, and external stakeholders.
Strong business acumen with a proven ability to align HR strategy with corporate strategy.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Job Descriptions:
Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the companys business goals, particularly in the technology infrastructure sector.
Lead and oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and organizational culture.
Partner with senior leadership to drive workforce planning and organizational design to support business growth and transformation.
Oversee executive succession planning and leadership development programs to strengthen the companys leadership pipeline.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and internal policies while fostering positive employee relations.
Play a key role in M&A integration, business turnaround, and organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and cultural alignment.
Provide leadership in promoting a high-performance culture, focusing on innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board on HR-related matters, including workforce strategy, diversity & inclusion, and organizational effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong external networks with industry peers, regulators, and partners to stay updated on best practices and trends.
