Civil Engineer

What You Will Do:

• Maintain and Monitor Plans - Develop and execute inspection and preventive maintenance plans for civil assets to ensure safe and reliable plant operations. Record, update and maintain maintenance history in CMMS.

• Oversee Daily Maintenance - Supervise subcontractors. Handle daily and shutdown maintenance to ensure compliance with company safety standards, procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Control Maintenance Budget - Prepare cost reports and manage maintenance budget.

What we are looking for:

• Educational Background - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.

• Extensive Experience - Minimum 1 year experience in related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Communication Skills - Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering; proficient in Microsoft Excel (logic functions, data tables, pivot tables, macros); able to present data visually using charts and graphs.

• Soft Skills - Good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills; proactive, fast learner, adaptable to a dynamic environment; disciplined with high speed and accuracy.

A year contract-based, with an opportunity to become permanent employees based on performance.
