Civil Engineer (Fresh Graduated)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team at PT PANORAMA WISATA HANDALAN. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of construction projects at our sites. This is a crucial position that will have a direct impact on the delivery of our strategic objectives.

What youll be doing

• Designing and developing structural plans and drawings for a variety of construction projects

• Conducting structural analyses and calculations to ensure the safety and integrity of buildings and structures

• Able to make budget plan & S curve

• Mastering AutoCAD and able to read working drawings

• Coordinating and supervising on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets

• Identifying and resolving any technical issues or challenges that arise during the construction process

• Conducting regular site inspections and monitoring quality control to ensure all work meets safety and regulatory standards

• Preparing and maintaining detailed project documentation, including progress reports, cost analyses, and as-built drawings

• Providing technical guidance and support to the construction team

• Ready to be placed in Kendari and all projects in throughout Indonesia

What were looking for

• A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• Proficiency in structural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP, and ETABS

• Best Fresh Graduated or At most 1 years of experience as a Civil Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry

• Demonstrated expertise in construction project , including structural design, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
