• Evaluate sanction letter based on type of violation, performance, or others violation in collection divission
• Do calibration with operational related to sanction letter to be issued.
• Issue and ensure punishment letter has comply to policy or result of calibration with operational.
• Monitor and ensure the punishment letter has delivered to receiver or representative.
• Review and handle investigation for employee and sanction of internal fraud, QC finding’s & Whistleblowing
• Socialize to employee as anti-fraud prevention (anti-corruption, nepotism, KYE/know your employee, & other Code of conduct in specific socialization).
• Give recommendation to create policy related to sanction letter proportionally.
• Detect potential violations in the future caused of new policy or external regulation.
• Give opinion legally related to policy or any issue in collection operational
• PIC of external audit or collection representative

Qualification

• Min.Bachelor degree
• Experience min.2 years IR Compliance, Legal, Audit or quality control in banking or finance
• Able to communicate assertively and good analytical ability
• Preferred experience as manager assistant
