This is a on-site role for a Collection Officer / Penagihan at PT. Krisma Abadi Perkasa in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Collection Officer will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, contacting customers to arrange debt repayment, and negotiating payment plans. Duties include maintaining accurate records of communication, assessing the financial situation of delinquent customers, and working closely with the finance department to manage accounts receivable. Customer service and effective communication with clients are essential aspects of this role.

Persyaratan Khusus

• Strong Analytical Skills• Customer Service and Communication skills for invoice exchange/invoice reconciliation• Understanding of Finance and financial products• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively• Experience in a similar role is a plus• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
