Collection Team Leader

Key Responsibility(s) :

  • Monitor collection agent reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

  • Prepare reports on payment progress.

  • Develop work processes and determine short-term strategies for the team.

  • Evaluate the daily performance of each collection agent.

Qualification(s) : 

  • Minimum education is Senior High School.

  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Collection Team Leader in a fintech company.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and time management skills.

  • Ability to speak English is a plus.
