Commercial Executive Japanese Speaker (N2/N1)

Commercial Executives are the key point of contact between an organization and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing PT Kline Logistics Indonesias products.  Sales executives will often combine this type of work with visits to clients - although, as more people get used to working virtually, 

Key Responsibilities :

  • New business means that expand potential business from existing customers, lost customer as previous

  • Engage with Japanese-speaking customer, answer inquiries, and provide product details.

  • Maintain existing customers with communication such as visiting, calling, daily activity and so on

  • Communicate with overseas to find new business

  • Create and manage sales strategy, pipeline and reporting.

  • Visiting 20 customers every month

  • Attend exhibition and grab new customers

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any fields.

  • Must have at least 3 year(s) of working experience in Freight Forwarding Industry.

  • Familiar with working with Target, battle proven in the field of Sales.

  • Having experience in projects will be an advantage

  • Proficient in Japanese language: able to read, write and speak Japanese fluently

  • Possess at least JLPT N2 certificate; N3 level is fine as long as the candidate is fluent in Japanese language

  • Experience in working with Japanese person is very preferable

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be proceed.
