Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.

Job Description

• Develop and execute content strategies for corporate branding across social media platforms.
• Create content that strengthens the Founder's Posisiing as a thought leader and represents the Perusahaan's vision, values, and expertise.
• Research industry trends, insights, and relevant topics to support educational, corporate, and leadership-focused content.
• Write captions, scripts, talking points, articles, and communication materials for the Founder.
• Plan, coordinate, and produce content including videos, photos, interviews, podcasts, and event coverage.
• Manage the Founder’s content calendar and ensure consistent publishing across channels.
• Support media relations, speaking engagements, community collaborations, and PR initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather stories, achievements, and Perusahaan updates for external communication.
• Monitor content performance and provide recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and brand perception.
• Ensure all communications align with the Perusahaan's branding and corporate messaging.
