Role Description

This is a contract role for a Compensation and Benefit Specialist based on-site in Jakarta. The specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation plans and structures. Daily tasks will include job evaluations, developing compensation management strategies, and analyzing compensation data to ensure alignment with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compensation Planning and Compensation Management

• Knowledge of Job Evaluation and developing Compensation Structures

• Strong Analytical Skills

• Excellent detail orientation and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

• Proficient in English
