The companys business activities include equity participation, convertible bonds, financing through the purchase of debt securities issued by its partners in start-up businesses, and financing productive businesses.

currently we are seeking candidate for join us in our team as Compliance & Corsec

jobdesc :

• Develop and update SOPs across divisions

• Ensure proper documentation, socialization, and implementation of SOPs

• Monitor compliance and recommend improvements

• Manage data and document submission, verification, and archiving

• Ensure availability of compliance, legal, and audit-related documents

• Support preparation of Activity Plans, KPIs, and deadlines

• Coordinate cross-division communication and collaboration

• Provide regular reports on targets and improvement actions

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SOP development, corporate secretary, or compliance role

• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and audit requirements

• Excellent organizational, documentation, and reporting skills

• Good communication and coordination ability across divisions

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with deadlines

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
