Continuous Improvement Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the field of Continuous Improvement.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in:

  • ISO 9001

  • Suggestion System

  • Quality Control Projects

  • Quality Control Circle

  • Practical Problem Solving

  • Kaizen (Improvement)

• Experienced in developing and preparing guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Strong understanding of overall business processes.

• Proficient in using the 7 Quality Control Tools and 7 Management Tools (7 QC & 7 MP).

• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Visio will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) programs across all departments in the company.

• Design and organize initiatives or events to promote a Continuous Improvement culture.

• Develop and establish guidelines and SOPs aligned with Head Office (HO) standards, and ensure proper implementation.

• Monitor the impact of Continuous Improvement initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and reporting.
