The role

Join the passionate team at ISMAYA GROUP as a Cook at our prestigious SKYE Jakarta restaurant. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality, creative dishes that delight our discerning customers in the vibrant heart of Central Jakarta.

What youll be doing

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to exacting standards

  • Ensure all dishes are plated and presented beautifully to exceed customer expectations

  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment at all times

  • Work collaboratively with the wider culinary team to deliver an outstanding dining experience

  • Comply with all health, safety and food hygiene regulations

What were looking for

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Cook or Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment

  • Demonstrable skills in preparing a variety of cuisines and dishes to a consistently high standard

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Enthusiasm for food and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences
