Company Description

United Tractors is a subsidiary of PT Astra International Tbk (“Astra”), a well-established and one of Indonesias largest business groups with robust experience serving various industries and sectors. Since September 19, 1989, the Company has become a public company by listing its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (formerly the Jakarta Stock Exchange and Surabaya Stock Exchange). To date Astra owns 59.5% of the Companys shares, with the remaining shares are held by the public.

Description

  • Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.).
  • Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies.
  • Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
  • Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust.
  • Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the companys full legal rights.

Requirement

  • Minimum bachelors degree in Law.
  • 3 to 5 years of legal experience(s) (law-firm experiences are welcome).
  • Agile, fast-learner, collaborative mindset and attitudes with a strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong values especially in teamwork, integrity, professionalism and service excellence.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Preferred qualifications if you have knowledge on capital market, merger and acquisition, and corporate action (especially on capital market).
