Job Description:

1.   Draft and Review Letters, Financing Agreements, and Cooperation Agreement with Third Parties.

2.   Reviewing Policy, Procedures and Guideline of the Company.

3.   Handling of company permits/licenses.

4.   Providing Legal Opinion.

5.   Advise the BOD related to any corporate action.

6.   Update all regulations from regulators (OJK) and implement those regulations to the company.

7.   Support other department when they need advises regarding government rules and regulation in conducting their work.

Job Requirement:

1.   Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law.

2.   Familiar dealing with Indonesian Labor Law, OJK, and other regulators.

3.   Fluent in English (Written & Spoken).

4.   Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Corporate Legal ( must from multifinance industry) .

5.   High integrity, high sense of commitment and great self-management skill with result-oriented work habit.
