CORPORATE SECRETARY & LEGAL

About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Corporate Legal Secretary to join our dynamic team at PT Ristia Bintang Mahkotasejati Tbk. in Jakarta. As a Corporate Legal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal department with administrative tasks, document management, and client communication. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What youll be doing

  1. Preparing and formatting legal documents, contracts, and other correspondence to ensure accuracy and consistency

  2. Lead the corporate secretarial function, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, OJK and IDX regulations, and corporate governance standards

  3. Partner closely with the CFO and finance leadership to review and evaluate financial reports, budgets, and business performance from a governance perspective

  4. Monitor regulatory and market developments to proactively address potential impacts on the companys operations and financial standing

  5. Maintaining a comprehensive filing system for legal documents and records

  6. Facilitating effective communication between the Board of Directors and stakeholders

  7. Advising on legal implications of business strategies and decisions

  8. Providing general office support as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the legal department

  9. Support the Corporate Secretary in preparing corporate reports, Board of Directors meetings, and Shareholders General Meetings (RUPS/GMS)

  10. Provide operational legal advice to management on legal risks and compliance matters

What were looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Corporate Legal Secretary or in a similar role

  2.  Minimum bachelors degree in law, Business Administration, or related field

  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian

  4. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  6. Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy

  7. Thorough knowledge of OJK (Financial Services Authority) regulations, Capital Market Law, and Company Law

  8. Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and time-management abilities

  9. Effective communication across all management levels.
