Corporate Tax Senior Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review the CIT Return and Calculation of companies within the group.

  2. Conduct Tax Review and prepare its report for all type of taxes for the companies within the group.

  3. Prepare an update of new tax regulations that are related to the Groups business.

  4. Review the transfer pricing document for the companies within the group.

  5. Provide advisory services for companies within the group.

  6. Provide other tax assignments, such as Tax Audit or other disputes, for companies within the group.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors:

  1. A thorough understanding of tax laws and regulations related to Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, and Value Added Tax.

  2. Understanding tax exposures and identifying potential risks associated with group transactions.

  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, required for data analysis and reporting.

  4. Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate with the internal team and all companies PIC within the group.

  5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  6. Sincere, honest, loyal, passionate about learning new knowledge, disciplined, and accurate in work.

Required Work Experience and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 3 years of full working experience in Taxation (experience in Consulting Firm will be preferable).

  2. Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Fiscal Administration with a min. GPA of 3.00.

  3. Relevant course certificates (e.g., Brevet) are an advantage.
