Country Operations Manager - Corporate & Professional Services
We are a fast-growing regional professional services firm operating across Southeast Asia. Our core service lines include Compliance, Corporate Secretarial, and Regulatory Affairs, supporting international businesses with cross-border operations.
We run a tech-enabled operations model, using cloud-based tools, shared drives, workflow automation, and client-facing platforms to ensure efficiency, transparency, and speed. We are now looking for a highly capable and tech-savvy Head of Operations to lead our execution teams across Indonesia.
About the RoleThe Head of Operations (Indonesia) will lead our multi-city operations, managing three Junior Managers who each oversee a key business unit: Compliance, Corporate Secretary, and Regulatory Affairs.
This role is responsible for operational performance, team management, and ensuring consistent service quality through efficient, software-enabled processes. Youll work closely with founders and cross-border leadership to build a resilient and scalable team.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Execution Oversight
Directly manage 3 Junior Managers across business units
Guide managers in team development, project delegation, and performance monitoring
Build a strong internal culture focused on accountability and excellence
Tech-Enabled Operations & Process Improvement
Lead the adoption and optimization of software tools for task management, document control, and client communication
Ensure all operational processes are standardized, digitized, and scalable
Identify and eliminate workflow inefficiencies using data and automation
Client Service Quality & Issue Escalation
Oversee end-to-end client delivery and ensure deadlines are consistently met
Support escalation handling and work with teams to resolve client issues quickly
Champion a service-driven mindset in a multi-client environment
KPI Management & Reporting

Drive key operational KPIs:
Projects completed
Client NPS / Satisfaction
Response time and process turnaround
Deliver structured reports and insights to the Founders and Regional Ops team
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Sales, Client Success, and Finance to align internal execution with commercial goals
Participate in regional initiatives to standardize processes and improve shared systems
Must-Have:
6+ years of experience in operations leadership or service delivery roles
At least 2 years managing managers or supervisors in a deadline-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams with clarity and structure
Comfortable working with project management tools, shared drives, dashboards, and internal software
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice-to-Have:
Background in professional services (e.g., legal, compliance, tax, accounting, outsourcing)
Familiarity with the Indonesian regulatory landscape (e.g., OSS, BKPM, Notary process)
Experience in multi-city or regional operations
Previous exposure to remote or hybrid work environments
Be a key driver of operational success in a fast-scaling, tech-enabled business
