Creator Acquisition / Management

Role Overview

The Creator Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for:

• Recruiting new creators that align with our platforms strategic focus.

• Incubating and developing creators to ensure consistent performance and long-term retention.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with creators to support content quality and engagement.

• Collaborating with internal teams to design programs that accelerate creator growth and contribution to GMV.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Creator Acquisition, Influencer Marketing, or Talent Management, preferably within an MCN (Multi-Channel Network) environment.

• Proven track record in recruiting, onboarding, and managing creators, with hands-on experience in scaling a creator ecosystem across multiple verticals (lifestyle, beauty, gaming, F&B, etc.).

• Strong background in creator incubation, including mentoring, content optimization, and growth strategies to improve engagement and monetization.

• Familiarity with creator performance metrics (GMV contribution, engagement rate, CPV/CPR, etc.) and the ability to analyze data to optimize acquisition strategies.

• Demonstrated success in building partnerships with creators, agencies, and platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).

• Previous experience in developing creator training programs or community-building initiatives is highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of MCN operational models, including revenue sharing, contract management, and compliance.

• Ability to strategize and execute creator campaigns end-to-end, from acquisition to long-term retention.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence creators effectively.

• Data-driven mindset combined with a creative approach to talent growth.
