As a Creator Partnership / Affiliate Account Manager, you will own and scale our creator & affiliate ecosystem, primarily for the U.S. market. This role is for someone who is commercially driven, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

You won’t just “manage relationships.” You’ll drive revenue through creators.

What You'll Do

• Build, manage, and grow relationships with creators & affiliates (mainly U.S.-based)
• Recruit new creators and negotiate partnership structures
• Manage end-to-end affiliate onboarding (links, commission, tracking, content alignment)
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns
• Act as the main point of contact for creators & affiliates
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations)
• Identify high-performing creators and scale winning partnerships
• Ensure affiliates meet content & brand guidelines

What You’ll Bring

• 1–4+ years experience in affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or account management
• Comfortable working with targets, numbers, and performance metrics
• Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently with minimal hand-holding
• Comfortable working with U.S. time zones if needed

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience managing U.S. creators or affiliates
• Background in DTC, e-commerce, or performance marketing
• Familiar with affiliate platforms (Impact, ShareASale, Refersion, etc.)
