Youll lead our chat-based acquisition & retention initiatives shaping how people first meet GOLO and why they keep coming back. This isnt just about sales. As Lead Chat Commerce, your mission is to turn conversations into conversions, and first-time buyers into loyal advocates by creating customer journeys that are helpful, relevant, and never pushy.

What Youll Be Responsible For

  • Build and implement structured, high-converting customer journeys tailored to GOLOs products and audience.

  • Craft chat scripts that are educational, respectful, and solutions-oriented never transactional or intrusive.

  • Align acquisition scripts with current marketing campaigns and brand tone.

  • Analyse daily/weekly/monthly lead trends across sources (ads, broadcast, dormant users).

  • Collaborate with the Chat Commerce Manager to ensure lead targets and sales goals are met consistently.

  • Monitor conversion performance across all chat agents and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Lead A/B testing initiatives for messages, offers, and engagement approaches.

  • Improve communication scripts and product positioning based on customer behaviour and feedback.

  • Ensure the team is trained with the latest product knowledge, customer objections, and soft-selling strategies.

  • Identify competitor strategies and chat practices that can be adapted for GOLOs context.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to surface insights that support brand relevance and product innovation.

What Were Looking For
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.

  • 3+ years of experience in customer acquisition, sales, or CRM strategy.

  • 2+ years leading or supervising a team in a growth, sales, or CRM role (especially in B2C wellness, health, or lifestyle industries).

  • Experience with CRM platforms, customer segmentation, and digital funnel optimisation is mandatory.
