Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Manage and optimize the CRM system to ensure efficient tracking of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback.
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop personalized campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Train staff on CRM tools and best practices to ensure consistent and effective use across the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging CRM technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Min 7 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and segmentation techniques.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to handling challenges.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and integration with CRM systems is a plus.
