The Role

• Shaping the food direction across events, from menu curation to how dishes are experienced live.
• Working closely with the Creative Director to translate ideas into executable menus and station concepts.
• Acting as the bridge between vision and execution, ensuring our kitchen teams can deliver at scale
• Collaborating with our chefs (many of whom are Indonesian chefs trained in Indian cuisine) to maintain consistency, quality, and refinement
• Bringing structure to kitchen planning: prep flow, production systems, and event readiness
• Leading tastings alongside the team
• Continuously evolving the food offering: modernising where needed while respecting regional authenticity
• Supporting international events: adapting menus and execution based on different kitchens, teams, and environments

Who This Is For

• We’re open to candidates internationally who are willing to relocate to Bali
• has a strong foundation in Indian cuisine, with exposure to both regional and contemporary styles
• has of 4 to 8 years of relevant culinary experience, ideally within hospitality, banquet, or event environments
• understands what it takes to execute consistently under pressure
• is comfortable working across teams. A people's person!
• is excited to contributing to the direction of the Perusahaan while strengthening the foundation that Queen’s has built over the years
• is looking to step into a role that goes beyond cooking; guiding, building, and elevating the overall culinary experience

Experience in destination weddings, luxury hospitality, or multi-day event environments is a strong plus.

At Queen’s Catering, we’ve been building growing in the Indian destination wedding space and now we’re looking for a new Culinary Director to help take it to the Berikut. level. We’re part of the Queen’s Tandoor Group (est. 1986), and today our work goes beyond catering. We design the entire food experience of multi-day weddings. From menus and tastings to live stations and how guests actually interact with food.
