  • Handle any complain or inquiry from customer
  • Can be a problem solver for customer
  • Handle all channel of Contact Center such as Inbound, Outbound, Whatsapp, Email etc
Qualification :
  • Min Bachelor Degree from any Major
  • Wiling to shifting
  • Have experienced as contact center agent is a plus
  • Have a good communication (oral and writing)
