Customer Relation & Marketing (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Scope: (Roles and Responsibilities)

● Manage the operational of sales and purchase of nickel and coal from the upstream to downstream.

● Manage good relation with the client.

● Ensure the nickel or coal purchased accordance with agreed specification.

● Supervise and coordinate the management of nickel ore shipments, from extraction to loading and delivery.

● Act as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders, resolving complex issues to maintain customer satisfaction and service reliability.

● Collaborate with operational and logistics teams to address challenges and implement improvements in shipping and loading processes.

● Contribute to strategic planning and the companys growth initiatives in the nickel industry.

● Able to establish good communication and coordination with local community and government.

● Manage shipment planning, stocks reporting, and handle shipping docs.

Requirements:

● Bachelors degree in Business Management or related fields.

● Minimum 2 years of experience in trading, especially in mining/minerals.

● Have experience handling day to day of purchase and sale of coal and nickel especially on the field.

● Have a good relation with several clients (such as smelter or IUP owners).

● Familiar with and understand fieldwork such as accompanying surveys and socializing with the local community.

● Knowledge of coal and nickel commodity markets and trading regulations.

● Proficient in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

● Placement at Head Office in Jakarta.

● Willing to undertake business trips (site visits).
