What Will You Do

  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to improve customer loyalty, repeat business, and overall customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer behavior, retention trends, complaints, and churn patterns to provide actionable business insights
  • Lead customer retention initiatives, including loyalty programs, engagement campaigns, and service recovery actions
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution with a customer-centric approach
  • Establish and monitor customer service standards, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Lead digitalization and process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with Perusahaan policies and applicable regulations related to customer handling and consumer protection

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communication, Marketing, or related fields from a reputable university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Retention, Customer Experience, or related functions, preferably within financial services, multifinance, or heavy equipment industry
  • Proven experience in handling customer complaints, retention programs, and service quality management
  • Strong understanding of customer journey management and customer engagement strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and identify improvement opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong leadership presence while managing cross-functional coordination
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
