OTO by CarDekho (automotive financing service marketplace) is a part of CarDekho SEA (India’s biggest digital automotive solutions provider). OTO by CarDekho SEA operates the business across Indonesia and initially focuses on new car dealerships and expanding the new business unit for used car financing, refinancing, dealer inventory funding, multi-financing, and auto insurance.

Role Description:

We’re looking for a detail‑loving Junior HR Operations to keep the “people engine” of OTO by CarDekho SEA running smoothly. You will handle day‑to‑day administrative work covering payroll input, BPJS administration, and a variety of ad‑hoc HR tasks that emerge in a fast‑moving scale‑up. This role is perfect for someone with 2‑4 years of hands‑on HR Ops experience who wants broader exposure and a clear growth path in the HR profession.

Resposibilities:

  • Payroll Administration – Collect and validate monthly payroll data, input variables into the HRIS, reconcile results, and release payslips on schedule.
  • BPJS & Statutory Compliance – Manage enrollments, terminations, salary updates, and monthly reporting for BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • HR Data & Records Management – Maintain accurate employee information and digital personnel files, ensuring data integrity and readiness for audits.
  • Ad‑hoc HR Support – Prepare employment letters, coordinate benefits administration, and assist with onboarding, off‑boarding, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate with Intern experience is welcome to apply!
  • 1‑2 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Administration.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations and BPJS processes.
  • Comfortable working with HRIS or payroll systems
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data validation and reporting.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and service mindset.
  • Professional English for internal comms.
