Job Summary
We are seeking a Data & CRM Assistant who will be responsible for ensuring accurate data entry, customer tracking, and maintaining our CRM system. You will support sales and marketing by organizing customer information, managing leads, and ensuring our data is clean, complete, and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter customer and order data from Tokopedia, Shopee, WhatsApp, and wholesale sales into the CRM (Zoho or similar).
• Label/tag customers: new, repeat, VIP, wholesale, etc.
• Maintain customer contact details: phone, name, address.
• Track leads (customers who message but dont purchase), follow up, and update their status.
• Assist in generating daily/weekly sales reports: number of orders, best-selling products, repeat customers.
• Verify data for accuracy: check for missing fields, wrong phone numbers, etc.
• Work with sales/marketing team to set up simple automated workflows (e.g. reminder for leads after X days).
• Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.
Qualifications
• Prior experience in data entry, customer service, or CRM systems (professional background preferred).
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic computer skills; ability to learn CRM software quickly.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good time management skills.
• Honest, reliable, able to work independently.
• English reading skills are a plus (for using CRM software).
