International Global Network sedang membuka lowongan untuk posisi Paruh waktu Customer Service Admin di Kramat Pela, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta. Lamar sekarang untuk menjadi bagian dari tim kami.
Kualifikasi pekerjaan:- Mencari kandidat untuk bekerja pada:
- Rabu: Sore
- Kamis: Sore
- Jumat: Sore
- Sabtu: Pagi, Siang
- Minggu: Pagi, Siang
- Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
Resposibilities:
Respond to inquiries from leads and potential leads across multiple platforms, including WhatsApp API, Instagram DM & comments, Facebook Messenger & comments, ad comments, emails, live chat in IGN Mobile Apps, and participant groups.
Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing letters, invoices, and verifying participant registration and payment data.
Coordinate communication across divisions, including handling lead inquiries with EC/SPM), website-related issues with the Devtech Team, and event facilities or rundown coordination with the Event Team.
Ensure smooth operations during night shifts, weekends, and national holidays, filling coverage gaps in customer service availability.
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and other relevant languages.
Proficiency in customer service platforms, including WhatsApp API, social media messaging, and email support.
Basic administrative and data management skills, including handling invoices, registration details, and payment processing.
Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and national holidays, with flexibility in scheduling.
Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in an international or educational organization, is a plus.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and live chat support systems, is a plus.
