CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPORT (FREIGHT FORWARDING)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum education: Associate degree (D3) or Bachelors degree (S1) in any major;

• At least 2 year of experience in Export-Import (Exim) at a manufacturing or freight forwarding company;

• Understanding of export & import processes and logistics;

• Proficient in English and computer applications (MS Office, Ciesa, etc.);

• Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, honest, detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work quickly;

• PLACEMENT : CENTRAL JAKARTA (1) & SOUTH JAKARTA (1).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Collect documents (draft/final) from PO Planner/Shipper/Agent/Shipping Line;

• Verify the accuracy of IPL, BL, COO, Phyto, Fumigation, Insurance documents, etc;

• Create/update shipment data (web booking);

• Send softcopy of complete documents to all related parties who require them, especially for the continuation of import processes;

• Verify import declaration (PIB) and checklist;

• Monitor vessel arrival schedules (ETA);

• Ensure cargo is delivered to the warehouse according to the predetermined schedule;

• Gather all documents included in a shipment for further processing;

• Monitor outstanding clearance process.
