Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.

  • At least a Senior High School graduate from any relevant major.

  • Good understanding of shipping documentation.

  • Responsible, proactive, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.

  • Well-organized and able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Able to work under pressure and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all import and export processes.

  • Coordinate and liaise with suppliers, customers, shipping agents, and trucking companies on delivery schedules.

  • Priority given to candidates familiar with US route bookings.

  • Monitor shipment status.

  • Check PEB & PIB and handle all customs clearance documentation.

  • Coordinate and communicate with shippers.

  • Can Join ASAP
