Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in a relevant field

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems (Qontak)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Placement in Central Jakarta
