Customer Service - SLAVINA
Jobdesc:
Respond to customer DMs, comments, and questions on Instagram in a responsive and friendly manner.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and requests from e-commerce platforms (WhatsApp, Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
Provide accurate product information, promotions, and availability.
Record and forward customer orders to the operations team/order admin.
Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through polite, professional, and solution-oriented communication.
Follow up with customers (before and after purchase).
Requirements:
Min: D3/S1, in any major.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or beauty industry (a plus).
Communicative, thorough, and patient when dealing with customers.
Proficient in using social media (Instagram, WhatsApp, Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).
Able to multitask and work in a team.
Willing to join immediately and will be placed at PIK 2, North Jakarta.
