As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to help support our customers and maintain a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support — Handle customer enquiries via email and chat (Gorgias), answer questions on products, orders, shipping & returns, and troubleshoot diffuser issues with a friendly, brand-aligned tone.
• Ticket Management — Monitor and respond to tickets promptly, prioritise urgent requests, and clear weekend backlogs every Monday.
• Order Assistance — Update customers on orders and deliveries, escalate complex issues to the Customer Support Manager when needed.
• Systems & Operations — Work in Gorgias to manage tickets, help improve automated bot responses, and maintain strong CSAT scores.
• Internal Communication — Collaborate with the team via Slack, flag recurring issues, and share insights to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field
• Experience in customer support, ecommerce or service roles
• Familiarity with tools such as Gorgias, Shopify, or other helpdesk platforms
