As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to help support our customers and maintain a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support — Handle customer enquiries via email and chat (Gorgias), answer questions on products, orders, shipping & returns, and troubleshoot diffuser issues with a friendly, brand-aligned tone.
Ticket Management — Monitor and respond to tickets promptly, prioritise urgent requests, and clear weekend backlogs every Monday.
Order Assistance — Update customers on orders and deliveries, escalate complex issues to the Customer Support Manager when needed.
Systems & Operations — Work in Gorgias to manage tickets, help improve automated bot responses, and maintain strong CSAT scores.
Internal Communication — Collaborate with the team via Slack, flag recurring issues, and share insights to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirement :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field
Experience in customer support, ecommerce or service roles
Familiarity with tools such as Gorgias, Shopify, or other helpdesk platforms
We are also open to candidates with strong English communication and interpersonal skills from roles such as:

Customer-facing service roles
