Customer Service Staff (Export & Import)

Job Descriptions:

• Checking supporting document from export & import customer

• Releasing related shipping document export & import

• Collecting payment from export & import customer

• Preparing invoice to customer

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns by phone and email

• Making daily settlement personal report

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree from any major (Fresh Graduated are welcome)

• Good skill in English both oral and written 

• Computer literate particularly for Microsoft Office especially Excel

• Able to perform as a team player, fast learner, and highly motivated with excellent service attitude

• Excellent interpersonal communication

• Willing to take overtime if needed

• Detail oriented, well organized & honest
