Customer Service Engineer is focusing on sales of spare parts for performance such as: Pulp & Paper Machine, Fiber line Equipment, and Power Plan in pulp and paper mills as part of Performance Parts team of PT Valmet.
He/She is working together with sales team to identify and affect customer needs, making technical specifications, quotations, and coordinating deliveries to customers in Indonesia.
- Report to Performance Parts Manager
- Active product sales together with sales team
- Make technical specifications and quotations to customers
- Negotiate prices and close deals with customers together with sales team
- Handle purchase orders and invoicing
- Keep up contacts with Valmet overseas technology and manufacturing units
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
