Customer Success and Support - Sport Tech Startup (Weekend + 3 weekdays)

Ayo.co.id is the leading platform for sports enthusiasts in Indonesia, connecting players with activities, communities, and venues. Were looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team and ensure a seamless experience for both our sport venues and users.

About the Role:

In this exciting role, youll be the bridge between Ayo.co.id and our valued customers. Youll play a crucial role in maximizing their success by providing exceptional support and ensuring they get the most out of our platform. For this particular role, you will be required to work on the weekend and have 2 days off during weekdays.

Responsibilities:

  • Sport Venue Success:

    • Onboard new sport venues onto the Ayo.co.id platform and provide comprehensive training on using our SaaS booking tool.

    • Provide exceptional customer service to sport venue partners via whatsapp (chat), phone, email, and online meetings.

    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to our venue management SaaS tool.

    • Answer questions and guide partners on effectively using Ayo.co.ids features.

    • Proactively identify and resolve partner concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.

    • Document interactions and support inquiries to ensure efficient problem-solving.

    • Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams for further resolution.

    • Regularly review and learn about updates and functionalities of the platform to stay knowledgeable.

    • Analyze venue usage data and recommend strategies to optimize their utilization of Ayo.co.id features.

    • Gather and analyse feedback from sport venues for product improvement

    • Retention and Churn management.

    • Build strong relationships with sport venues, fostering long-term partnerships and driving platform adoption.

  • User Success:

    • Provide exceptional customer support to users experiencing difficulties with booking venues, joining communities or events, running their own events, or finding sparring partners.

    • Troubleshoot technical issues and answer questions about Ayo.co.id features and functionalities.

    • Gather user feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve the platform and user experience.

    • Provide exceptional customer service to users via whatsapp (chat) and email.

    • Answer questions and guide users on effectively using Ayo.co.ids features.

    • Proactively identify and resolve user concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.

    • Document interactions and support inquiries to ensure efficient problem-solving.

    • Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams for further resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer support.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Outgoing and friendly personality.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in using computers and comfortable learning new software tools.

  • Passionate about sports and a strong understanding of the Indonesian sports landscape (a plus).

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
