About the Role

Support business growth by generating leads and business opportunities. Maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services. Support and execute the Perusahaan’s marketing direction. Support and collaborate with colleagues from other teams.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering/Construction Management or related industry, or relevant industry experience preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Less than 1-year experience.
  • Good understanding of workflows, processes, and requirements in the construction industry. A strong interest and understanding of BIM will be an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and Office Software.
  • Attentive and understanding of customer’s needs; determined to meet customer’s expectation.
  • Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality. Strong willingness to learn.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic: Team oriented, independent, fast learner, highly energetic, and results-oriented.
  • Professional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills including listening, negotiation, and presentation skills in English. Literacy in other languages will be added advantage (Malay & Mandarin).
  • Possess own transport and valid D/DA driving license.
  • Willing to travel independently.

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of workflows, processes, and requirements in the construction industry.

  • Professional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills including listening, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
